Datasource not appearing in F4 while creating transfer rules / Bex Designer saving issue

Using ver 3.5

First issue is I tried to create transfer rules but I find that all datasources which are in active is not showing up in assign datasource option. I used program to activate infosource / transfer structure but nothing worked. Recently source system was changed say 100 to 200. I checked the option conversion logical system I can find an entry 200 - 200.

Second issue I am facing is I created new query using Bex designer in ver 7.X or 3.X when I try to save it is keep on saving.
