Experiencing Problems in reaching the end points from both our ERP and from CFC.

Dear Experts,

We are experiencing troubles in reaching the end points from both our ERP end but also from CFC. The connection worked fine yesterday and we could receive Customer masterdata from ERP to C4C.

In the first attached image, you can see error message “Checking connection failed” and “Ping failed”, when trying to check connection for our “Business Partner replication to ERP”

When trying to change details on an account in CFC, we find them in the Business Communication Monitor with Technical Error: “Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 404: Not Found - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")”.

When trying the same operation from ERP to CFC, they get stuck when trying to send idocs from ERP to HCI, same error: “Error 404 – Not found”.

When checking the HCI, it looks like the integrationspackages are no longer set as “Deployed” but instead as “Stored”, which does not feel right.

I am attaching some more information regarding this issue, where it looks like the connection to the URL is failing;

You can also find the logfile from HCI attached.

I did have a look in the logfiles and it seems like something happened around 2014 10 29 01:37:45 that might have caused this.

First there were a number of tables that couldn’t be created in the database and right after the server couldn’t be started:

2014 10 29

Thankful for any help

Hi,

If you try the URL:  https://iflmapvb008v0070avtvlb-h0234.intaas.hana.ondemand.com:443/cxf

ensure it is the URL of your worker note - the URL should come back - you login and get 'no service found' - which is fine.

If this works then you know HCI is up - yours looks like HCI isn't reachable via your network.  You might need to create a support ticket.  Maybe try of the company network.

I just tried yours - using the screenshots above - I got the message:

https://iflmapbt103h234avtaio-h0234.intaas.hana.ondemand.com/cxf

No server is available to handle request for this tenant h0234, or the application is temporarily down. Excuse us for the inconvenience.

Is this the right tenant? If so, enter a high priority support message in CSS - or however you enter tickets to SAP.

Hello Ginger and Ankur,

Thanks for your replies! When our system was updated something went wrong in our HCI tenant which was solved after SAP restarted the tenant. All our iflows were un-deployed though and had to be restarted. not all of them worked so what we had to do was to delete them entirely, delete the certificates from the settings in ERP, save and upload the same certificates again and redeploying the flows again.

We do hope that this does not happen again in the coming releases, but now we know what to try if something similar occurs.

Thanks again for your feedback!

Hello Stennert,

Could you clarify which system do you mean when you say: " When our system was updated something went wrong in our HCI tenant ".

If you mean your ERP system (QA), then I believe you are talking about Server Refresh. If this is the case, then you will have to repeat the configuration in ERP QA system since the server refresh will copy over all data from ERP Production to ERP QA which will overwrite the configuration of C4C integration which you maintain in ERP QA system.

If you mean the HCI tenant, then SAP can assist you with any update information.

Hello Ankur!

What i was trying to communicate in the last post is that we managed to solve the issue. It was solved according to my last post.

Hello Frdrik,

Best I can suggest is to have those IFLOWS re-deployed & re-activate the Communication arrangements in CFC.

The try again with connection test it should work.
