PI 7.4 - Resource not found

Former Member

Hi People,

I am a beginner with PI and I have started with a simple interface development - a file to file. I have created all the required objects in the SLD, ESR and integration builder. When I test the configuration in the integration builder I am hitting an error:

Unable to find resource a61f3c80-4d68-11e4-995c-da410a240225 in the following software component versions: http://itelli.com/UK12289_2/testcom/sap/xi/tf/_MM_ROADRUNNER_.class-1

The MM_ROADRUNNER does exist and in the ESR and when I test the mapping in the ESR all is fine. Below is the example payload I provide for the testing:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<ns0:MT_ROADRUNNER_SND xmlns:ns0="http://itelli.com/UK12289_2/test">

   <SCORE>20</SCORE>

</ns0:MT_ROADRUNNER_SND>

I have cleared all caches I know about, logged in and out many times, deleted and re-created and I cannot get this error to resolve. I am at a loss with what could be causing it.

Any help would be great!

Cheers,

Adam

Hi All,

Thanks for the quick responses. I am not sure how is best to articulate the setup but will do my best.

SC - SC_UK12289_2

PD - P_UK12289_2

TS - TS_UK12289_2

BS - BS_UK12289_2

Vendor - UK12289

For MM -

For OM -

When testing OM, all works:

in the IB, testing the configuration, it fails:

Odd thing is, in the integration builder it says it cannot find:

sap/xi/tf/_MM_ROADRUNNER_.class

Yet, in the ESR when testing the OM, it states that it does find it and all is ok.

I have tried touching all objects and re-activating. I just tried restarting the J2EE service via SMICM none of which have given any positive results.

I am not sure if there is anything up with my SLD configuration, being a newbie at this it is possible, but it all looks good.

Cheers,

Adam

May be try below and see if it helps.

Open your interface determination -

under software component version of sender interface -> leave it blank(it's drop down)

configure your operation mapping

reactivate changes.

Thought that might have been it there. But unfortunately, so far nothing has worked to resolve the problem.

Hi Adam,

There are a few proposals on how to solve this issue in this topic: . Try them out, one of them should solve your problem. In particular, check if te Software Component of your Message Mapping is set in Interface Determination properly.

What is the object with ID a61f3c80-4d68-11e4-995c-da410a240225? Is it the namespace or another PI object?

Hi Adam,

Check if your mapping changes have been correctly saved and activated. also try to do some dummy changes in mapping and reactivate again.

Thanks and Regards,

Naveeb
