SAP router host did not respond

Hi,

I have tried to open SAP OSS connection, When I tried for first time the connection opened but after some time the connection cancelled.

Again I tried to open the connection but I am getting "Host did not respond" message. Also i Have did connection test for SAPOSS RFC and it is working fine. Even, I have restarted the SAProuter services through command prompt but nothing worked, getting same message. Please someone help me to fix this.
