So I have created many services using the SAP NetWeaver Gateway Service Builder.
I would like to know if there is any way I can back up those services manually.
Please give me some idea on where I can start.

There is no such feature apart from from what Krishna has said.
U can,
1. Copy existing Project
2. Copy ur MPC & DPC classess.

You do not yet have an export/import kind of feature which you see in Eclipse.
->You can copy a SEGW project into another project within SEGW (by right clicking on the project)
-> You can copy the generated MPC and DPC classes.
