Request for Change status being implemented --> Implemented

Dear Experts,

I have requirement to change the status for ZMCR to implemented, which is  configured using SAP Note - 1936582.

Now documents changed currently are getting changed to implemented whereas earlier documents are not changing to implemented status. I need to know how we can change the status for those documents either way automatic or manual.

Please suggest.

To make my requirement clear --

Currently configuration is done to change the status of ZMCR to implemented

But old change documents have below status

Requirement is to change the status of ZMCR to Implemented manually. Please suggest.

Hi Sushant,

you can try report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT, option "Set next status value" for the ticket.

Thanks Chris for the reply.

I tried using the report but it is not changing the status.

Logs attached.

Status didnt changed to implemented while the Normal change status is "Imported to Production".

Hi Sushant,

You need to check this ZMCR document, sometime it's preventing to switch status because of errors/conditions.

Also you may use Transaction Analyzer in WEB UI, changing status manually there is possible.

Dear Sushant Goel

"Being to implemented" to "Implemented" on ZMCR

1. In transaction SPRO > SAP Reference IMG > SAP Solution Manager > Capabilities (Optional) > Change Request Management > Change Request Management Framework > Make Settings for Change Transaction Types

2. Select transaction type (ZMMJ)

3. Double click on "specify status attributes"

4. Chose SRType (Choose the system where CHARM is running). Click on Save.

5. Click on "Specify Status setting for predecessor documents"

6. New Entries

     ZMCR

     ZMCRHEAD

     E0005

Click on Save.

7. Double Click on "Specify Requierd Status values for Successor"

6. New Entries

     ZMCR

     ZMCRHEAD

     E0005

Click on Save.
