Hi All,
I have loaded the a flat file to the PSA and then loaded it to the Custom Master Data Info Object. Did Change Run and then again loaded from Master Data IO (Attributes) to some 4 targets.
However later I came to know that the the Flat File was incorrect, so I deleted my latest PSA request, and relavant request in the Master Data IO and some other targets above it. And then reloaded in PSA and Masterdata IO.
Then after reloading from Flat file -> PSA -> MasterData IO I have two issues
1) I still see the incorrect record in Masterdata IO.
2) I do not see the option do Change Run in Master Data IO after the reload.
Can you please advice how to overcome these issues ?
Hi Wasay
There could be two reasons why you do not see the new master data:
1) The new master data has different key due to which the old master data was not overwritten
2) The new master data was not activated (Done through attribute change run)
To manually perform attribute change run please perform following steps:
Execute Trnx: RSA1 -> Administration (Button on left side) ->Change Run -> Infoobject List (Button on bottom right) -> Select the infoobject and Execute
Once the job is completed go to the master data attribute table using Trnx: RSD1 and check if there are any records with value "M" at modified filed, if you find no entries then the latest master data is activated and available for reporting.

Yes, the key is blank in that one record. And the incorrect record which had some irrelevant data and many fields were blank.
I have checked the P table of the Masterdata and my new data is ACTIVE so the remaining records all looks good.
But my only concern is even after deleting the request in the Masterdata IO twice still that particular incorrect record does not get deleted.
1) Can you tell me how can I fix it, I mean delete that record or request ?
(Note that after deleting the Master Data IO request, I do not get the option to do 'Change Run'.)
2) Is there any particular process to delete the master data request which are aggregated ?
Hi,
At connected targets You can delete the last request which you loaded from info object to 4 targets Or run ACR. later cross check wether it overwrites the old data or not.
at Info object level, Better to delete the whole data and again reload from PSA which have correct data.
Change run Go to t - code - RSATTR, click on info object list , select your info object and execute it.
if it won't allow then you need to wait and later check it.
Use t code - CHANGERUNMONI and see is any ACR is in process?
Thanks

Hi Wasay,
Before loading the data again into PSA and Customer Infoobject.
Make sure, sometimes master data will not be deleted from database table level, therefore click on the Master Data/Texts---->Master Data tab/ /BIO/.... then it will take you to the table level and then go to -->utilities-->database object-->database utility--->check the Delete Data--->and then Activate and Adjust Database and do the samething for text data also.
After doing above, load the data again into PSA and z infoobject, hope you issue will be solved.,

AMS

Hi,
1) I still see the incorrect record in Masterdata IO. <=== it's impossible to delete any masterdata records if there exist some transactional data records relating to them.
Hope this helps,
Leszek
