We have a custom wrokflow developed. Currently at one step, we have an activity user descision step where user has to process the document.
We already added the requested end and latest end which will trigger if the user has not made any decision.
I mean if the user has not made the decision withing X hours, then we are sending reminder mail. Even, if the user has not made any desicion, then we are sending deadline mail after Y hours.
This is curretnly working fine. Now, we got a requirement to send one more mail to Org. unit manager as escalation mail after Z hours if the user decision has not made.
How can i include this mail chain in the existing workflow.
Since, already requested and latest end has been used, i dont have the option to use that.
I already done with the coding part to get the org. unit manager and hours.
Please suggest how can i proceed further.
