Getting error 500 SAP Internal Error when clicking Appraisal Template

Dear All,

We are on EHP7, implementing Objective Setting Appraisal. (Flexible PMS)

We are done with configurations and now in the stage of creating roles and authorizations for user ids.

We have assigned below roles copied from the standard roles for all appraisees/employees.

The issue is when appraisees log into ESS>Career & Jobs >Appraisal Document link; they are able to see the list of appraisal templates assigned to them. When they click a template to open; the browser is opening and displaying the error message

" 500 SAP Internal Server Error"

ERROR: No Authorization for this action (termination : ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE).

I have attached the error screenshot and SU 53 screenshot for your reviews.

On the other hand; When we assign "SAP_ALL"in the profiles for those user ids, we are able to see the appraisal template in the browser.

Kindly provide your inputs on the loose ends to be tied to fix the issue.

*** Also I would be glad if someone can post details on the structural authorization needed to be in PMS for Flexible appraisal.
