Hi,

You can copy value for a particular field for a particular row only. I mean single row value for a column by right clicking on that and selecting copy option, or simply clicking on the value and CTRL + C. But not all the values for a column.

Thanks,

hi,

I tried but when i Select it is selecting not a row but  a column value (Single Value of a column)

and clicking the value and CTRL+C it is not copying. I tried Now.

Exporting to excel is not an option for me.I want to copy from Report Only.

Hi,

Yes, as I said, you won't be able to copy a row or a column values in full. You can copy a particular value for a row or a column.

Thanks,

Hi,

I am able to do that and I know it allows the same. I tried it on Crystal Reports XIR2 and Crystal Reports 2011 versions and I could copy the value by clicking on the field in preview mode and then CTRL + C.

Thanks,

Raghavendra

Hi,

Are you trying to copy the value from a Crystal Viewer (rather than Crystal Designer in preview mode)?

Check this link, it says you can't copy value from a Crystal Viewer.

Thanks,

Raghavendra

Use CTRL-Y to select data and paste elsewhere in excel or notepad. Works for columns!

You can try an alternative way like this:

Export the data into excel format.

Then copy the required column value from exported excel file.

Thanks,
