hi girus,

iam creating sales order for ten line items then saved, with va01,

then created delivery with vl01n ,for that line items, but do pgi system   confirming the qty as a zero qty, even stock is available.

plz solve tell for this issue.

Hi sowmya,

By PGI, you need to have the goods physically in stock. Consider the following example:

Stock = 0.

Production Orders = 10.

Sales Order created with quantity of 10. An ATP check is executed that includes production orders. 10 will be confirmed as ATP will see there is a planned receipt of 10 (in the production order).

Sales Order delivered. Perhaps an availability check is executed here again (depending on your customising). 10 are again confirmed as you have included production orders in the scope of check.

PGI. The system issues an error message as there is no stock. The production order of 10 is still a production order and has not yet been receipted into stock. You cannot post goods to a customer that you have not yet produced.

So you should check MMBE to see if there is any stock. If there is no stock, then it is correct that you get an error during PGI. Check CO09 to see why the availability check confirmed a quantity during sales order and delivery creation.

check if the qty is already confirmed to other sales orders,if that is the case perform Backorder checking and release the qty under V_RA
