I can't able to start the Sybase BCKServer_PCD_BS service

Hi Experts,

I can't able to start the Sybase BCKServer_PCD_BS service from my computer.

The reason is that i want to start another instance (PCD). But Sybase SQL Server_PCD has started. Can anyone explain why i couldn't able to start the service here?
