Hi,

I would like to seek some advise from all of you since I'm unable to publish SAP Sales Manager to SMP 3.0. Steps that I have done such:

1. Install SMP 3.0 SP12 (latest)

2. Install SAP Sales Manager v2.5.7.0 (Dev and Production)

3. Install Eclipse (Juno) + Agentry Editor Plugin v7.x

4. Open Eclipse and import from Production SAP Sales Manager app. (renamed *.agpz to *.agxz)

5. Publish to Production server and got he *.zip file

6. Copy the required files to the *.zip e.g. Agentry.ini, JavaBe.ini, and bunch lots of files

7. Copy JavaBe.ini to SMP3.0/server folder

8. Navigate to SMP 3.0 Cockpit and publish the *.zip app. (set no authentication)

9. Upon publishing it just stuck there, waited for 1hour still the same and check the agentry event logs found out error on Java as such:

JAVA EXCEPTION CAUGHT: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: JCO.classInitialize(): Could not load middleware layer 'com.sap.mw.jco.rfc.MiddlewareRFC'
JCO.nativeInit(): Could not initialize dynamic link library sapjcorfc [D:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\work\com.sap.mobile.platform.server.agentry.application.SM\7026666161467986866\7086670787053989297\sapjcorfc.dll: Can't find dependent libraries]. java.library.path [D:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\sapjvm_8\bin;C:\Windows\Sun\Java\bin;C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_121\bin;C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows;C:\Windows\System32\Wbem;C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;D:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\configuration\com.sap.mobile.platform.server.agentry;;.]

I tried to restart, shutdown the SMP 3.0 in between but still no luck on passing this error, anyone facing similar issue and manage to resolve this? any pointer on how to fix this issue or troubleshoot.

Kindly help,

Thank you
