500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Syntax error in program CL_AI_CRM_OBJECT_API==========CP . (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Hello Dear experts,

I am configuring SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13.

In transaction Solman_workcenter-> Change Management -> Maintenance Optimizer -> NEW

I am getting the below short dump, could you please help me with this:

Javier,

It's syntax error in prog, go to se38 add prog name : CL_AI_CRM_OBJECT_API==========CP , which will take you to a class: CL_AI_CRM_OBJECT_API, do the syntax check to find which method has the error, which help you to pin point which Sap std object has sysntax error, it it's Sap std prog there should be Sap note for it.

Also check that Sap Master note 0001933506 is completely implemneted w/o any errors, you can check it in solman_setup --> system preparation-->Implement Sap Note

Check the below 2 notes also.

Your method VERIFY_USAGE_IBCOMP_IN_ORDER is probably not properly added.

1913332  Check Scope Assignment Block before allowing to delete Ibase 23.01.2014

1917412  Delete not used Ibase components and their related iObjects 25.09.2013

Call transaction SE33. Generate the context CRM_ADDR_LONG ?

Hi Jignesh,

I checked the note 1913332 then I applied the Support Package ST SAPKITL710 and this solved the issue.

you sure you are working with SM 7.1 sp13???

in service market place I could see only SP12 is the latest release-

more over you need to finish all the solman_setup -> basic, system preparation and managed system comfiguration to get rid of this RABAX errors.

There are lots of notes also relased for SP12, which could be applied during the system preparation.

can you check and update again
