BI-Content Install Help Required Please....I am Stumped

I've just installed NW 2004 SP1, successfully with ABAP+JAVA on one machine. Am presently applying support package stack 14. When I try to install the BI 3.53 Content add on I am having problems...:(

The system does not seem to have BI-Cont installed, I verifed this by checking SPAM. All I could see was SAP_ABA, SAP_BASIS, PI_BASIS, SAP_BW

I was under the impression that BI Cont gets installed automatically as part of the BW UDI Java Components Install...am I right? or am i doing something wrong? or have i missed a step in my installation process listed below.

I installed a central instance, a dbase instance, then added the Java Add-In for Abap, before installing the BW UDI Java Components.
