SAP PI message stuck in status Delivering

There are some message which are present in scheduled queue with status as "Delivering"

These messages are stuck and not getting process after resend from SAP PI. Below is the error while reprocessing the message from SAP PI:

Could not retry message. Reason: com.sap.engine.messaging.runtime.ClusterException: Could not trigger cluster event RESEND_MESSAGE for node XXXXX. Reason: com.sap.engine.frame.cluster.message.RemoteClusterException: Remote exception

How we can process these messages from SAP PI.

Dear Vertika,

Please try to cancel all your old "system Error" messages and try to resend these messages one by one it should process.

Hi Vertika,

Are the messages pending in queue of PI system in SMQ1 or SMQ2 or in other SAP system connected with PI?

Please take a look into this blog for various options of re-processing XML messages
