SAP BO 4.1 Publish document pdf

Hi everybody

I have a problem with publish SAP BO 4.1. My client has a few user then  I need to do a process for publish in directory at format pdf.

There are many products with its values

Ex.:

Month           Produt      Value

January           A            10

February         A            20

March             A           30

January           B            10

February         B            20

March             B           30

January           C            10

February         C            20

March             C           30

Could I create  a publish in SAP BO 4.1 where I have have 3 documents

1º - product_a.pdf with values

January           A            10

February         A            20

March             A           30

2º  - product_b.pdf with values

January           B           10

February          B           20

March             B          30

3º  - product_b.pdf with values

January           C            10

February         C            20

March             C           30

Typically you can create different types of publications based on Web Intelligence documents for dynamic recipients (email). "New Publication" is located in BI Launch Pad documents place.

About your question yes, but I need to create one process because I have 5000 products,

I know about the profile but is many processes, much work , I need to create one profile and put Product A, Create other and put Produt B

Is very difficult, I thing about one simple process but I dont know if SAP BO can  do this.

You can use report bursting and send it to the users based on the profile. Did you look at Report bursting?

But for my problem will  I  need of   5000 trigger for every product?
