Automated Trigger Generated Without completion of Training

Hi,

I've encountered issue where one of the user was granted access through GRC although the mandatory trainings (which is a triggering condition for GRC) were not completed by user.

Later on GRC was once again triggered, and access was revoked from the user. As per the logs, since trainings were not completed by the user so the access was revoked.

Kindly help me in understanding why on the first place GRC was triggered even though the trainings were not completed by user.

I've checked for all the changes in HR record for user and found no discrepancy. Also no attempts were made by user when access was granted and revoked for the user.

Hi Gaurang,

Hope that you have performed the prerequisites for the training and certification configurations.

Are you using BADI ot WS to enable this.?

Either of theae two can be used on accomplishing this.

We use BADI to enable this.

Everything is configured and workflow is perfect for all other requests. The thing is I faced issue with this 1 particular person. Lemme know if you want detail of the issue, I'll mail you.

Quite strange..

what have you done to make this particular user to fall into exceptional case.

If its working for all other users there can't be any issue with the configuration or parameter settings.

I would've tried to copy this user account with a new one to test the functionality if thr functionality is working.

One more point: Are you just trying to ask this user to go with the training and certification for which he/she has already gone through.?

Could you try the workflow for this user to take for a new training..see if it works out.
