Root element invalid

Hi Experts,

There is an IDoc-SOAP scenario,where SOAP adapter uses Axis message protocol, when SAP send any data to the client via the SOAP adapter,the error displayed in PI is

Root element XPOSet is invalid for enterprise service XPOENTERPRISE..

Hi Kalpina,

Are you sure that your payload contains the root element that the endpoint webservice expects. If you have the WSDL try with an external tool like SOAPui and check the payload generated in this tool with the payload generated in PI.

hi inaki,

The payload contains the root element XPOSet and tried with SOAP UI,it works fine.

Even after reimporting the wsdl it is giving the same error.

Can u pls suggest any option.

Hi Kalpana,

The error said that this tag is not expected. Have you checked that the two tests have the same namespace in this tag?. Could share any screenshoot with the payload and the complete error ?

Hi Inaki,

Thanks for ur reply my issue got solved by giving an option in the payload extraction in Receiver channel as SoapBodychild,before it was SOAPchild.
