Notification - How to update the Email id in the Distributioin List

Hi Gurus,

Requirement  :

Send Email notification to a group email Ids, when certain fields in an InfoType are changed or edited.

According to my understanding I have to do the following things:

Create Shared Folder

Create Distribution List

Notification Text

Dyanmic action

Mail Feature

I have  created the Shared Folder and Distribution List but when I am updating the email id in the distribution list , I get an error message :

Shared distribution list <ankitasi@gmail.com> does not exist Message no. SO367.

Please help me understand how to update the list of email ids in the Distribution List that i have created.

As according to your Document : when i am updating the email id using TC :

SBWP , I get the error:Shared distribution list <ankitasi@gmail.com> does not exist Message no. SO367.PFA the screen shot :

Hi,

Recipient type is U Internet address after saving it will change to via Internet then no error message.
