Adapter Engine cache registered with wrong url in sxi_cache

Hi,

I am not able to change the url of Adapter Engine in SLD registration as well as in sxi_cache. I changed all the parameters in exchange profile but still it's pointing to wrong url.

Also am not able to refresh cache full cache and delta both, while doing getting the error, "Couldn't parse Configuration Data cache update XML string from Directory".

Please advice.

Hi Rachit,

First of all check if your PI i affected by this note 1465356 - Adapter Engine uses wrong URL to Integration Server

Have you checked this 1678104 - PI Adapter Engine Cache URL shows incorrect host name?

Thank you for your reply.

Problem resolved. I have changed the host name in NWA, SLDAccess property of CPA service.
