Equipment task list

Hi...Experts .....

I created Equipment task list for Equipment = XYZ,

so if I create maintenance order for that equipment "XYZ "that time all the defined operation should copy automatically in the maintenance order's operation tab. .

but it is not happening.

Please suggest if any config or step require for that.

    thanks for your inputs ......I did the same process earlier.

    but if you maintain task list for particular equipment then its needs to be copy automatically in the operation tab of maintenance order.

    I did not remember the step ...but it is possible ...

    Pls confirm

    Hello Lokesh,


    While creating Maintenance Order on the Equipment which has a Tasklist (created through IA01), you need to go to Task list Selection like shown under.

    You may get a Operations pop-up here to select the desired operations. If you want to select all, then clcik on the All button in that pop-up. All your operations of that Equipment tasklist are populated in the operations Tab.

    Hi,

    As per SAP standard system does not automatically assign task lists to manually created orders.

    There is two process for assignment to tasklist in maintenance order.

    1- As explained by Jogeshwara Sir.

    or

    2- There are also user-exits to automatically assign task lists to orders.

    IWO10020: Automatically include task list

    IWO10021: Automatic task list transfer when creating order from notification
