SOLUTION MANAGER ITMS :not able to see the incidents in solman

Hi All ,

I have done the configuration of ITSM in my Solman 7.1.now I am facing a issue while my end user login (solman) & run solman_workcenter to see their incidents but they are not able to see the message.

Note:Whn I was given SAP_ALL permission then they are able to see there incidents in SOLMAN.

The roles which i have assign to users are:

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_CHANGE_MAN

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_INCIDENT

SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

Z_SOLMAN_KEYUSER_ROLE

Z:S_RFCACL
