I am new to HCM Employee Skills and Qualification management. We have few report requirements expected in next couple of days. So being a technical consultant, I would like to understand the data extraction and reporting functionality around employee skill catalogs and qualification management.
Can someone tell me couple of standard TCodes, Reports, Tables and BAPIs used to extract the data.
Sample report requirements is as below...
Skill Search report -
Skills matrix by role, location or skill category. Cross tab report showing resources who meet a given job role criteria and where there are gaps.
