ECLIPSE to gateway connectivity issue : 500 Connection refused: connect

Hello Experts,

I am trying to create a SAPUI5 application on eclipse juno. Whe I am trying to execute the URI in my chrome it is working fine. When tryong to consume the data in the code on eclipse, I am not able to connect into the system.

I have gone through the forum for such error but couldn't find any solution.
