IBM-HANA 18TB scale out appliance - Master Node Detection
Would like to know which vip/interface is the master node when the master node failover to the standby node of the IBM HANA 3 nodes configurations?

This question doesn't make much sense to me - there's no 3-node 18TB IBM scale-out offering and I'm not sure what you mean by vip/interface.
Could you take the time to elaborate a few more details about you'd like to know?
