HCM P & F - Position XXXXXXX is not Available

Dear Experts,

We are creating the position from HCM process and forms, the position is successfully created in the backend.

But the issue here, if we try to assign this position # to any EE using PA40, then system is giving an error as Position ******* not available.

We try to debug the issue and found that there is not entry in table T528B.

But if we try to create the position from then backend, we can see the entries in table T528B.

Did anyone had a clue about this issue?

Please let me know.

    First ensure integration switches are ON T77S0 . There after rerun the process for position creation and then try using the newly created position to hire a new employee.

    once can u check in pa30 by giving that personeel number and check in infotype 0001 ( org assignment ) whether that position number you are able to see over there for that employee or not ...or else go to PO13 and check for whom that position is assigned over there ....

    Hi Praveen

    Check table T77S0,IsIntegration switch maintained properly for PA-OM PLOGI-ORGA X.If it is not there then you have to activate it and run the RHINTE10 and RHINTE20 report to complete teh integration of position in PA from OM.

    Hello

    Table T528B will not be updated when position is created using HCM Processes and Forms. In our case, after the position is created, we added a background step to workflow to update T528B.
