Hi Sergiy/Kanstantine/experts,

Please clear the below doubts for better understanding.

Is XMIIIDOC1_SAP_JCO connection used for sending back the data received from ME system to ECC ?

Can data be received on MII from ECC through the listeners only and not with Jco's?

Can we monitor the message listeners ( MII interfaced with PI) like XMIIIDOC listeners in MII system?..please mention steps to see in NWA

I will appreciate your help and guidance

Thanks in advance

Hi Daniel,

JCo can be used in both directions according to SAP help:

SAP Java Connector - Components of SAP Communication Technology - SAP Library

In MEINT XMIIIDOC1_SAP_JCO is used for outbound calls to ECC.

Another IDOC listener can be configured to accept messages from PI and MII can process them. When messages are received by MII, they should be available in MII message monitor.

KC

Hi Kanstantine,

Thanks for the reply.

How to monitor the URL message listener( established between PI and MII) . It does not appear in the resources list.

You got to start spelling my name correctly, it's not that hard

If it's IDOC listener - it should be one of XMIIIDOC<NN> resource adapters in /nwa/app-resources.

If you use Web request from PI to MII, I don't think there is a resource set up for that. It's just a regular URL/WS call. Incoming documents should be visible in MII Message Monitor.

KC
