ABAP Run Time Error in Transaction Code XK05.

Hi All,

Am having these 2 vendors for same company code.

1. when I tried to block the first vendor in transaction code XK05, It will be blocked successfully.

2. When blocking the other vendor in same Transaction Code XK05, I get abap run time error.

when i tried to block several vendors in same company code, they are successful except for this one vendor that always given abap run time error.

Can anyone explain why this is happening please?

Please go to ST22 and check the dump

Take help from ABAPer and check Service Market Place to see any notes for program correction.

Thank you Ravi for the quick response.

I checked this and there is a dump in ST22.

But my concern is upon this dump, why for this single vendor.

I tried again for vendor A and was successful and not successful for vendor B.

I am not sure under which circumstances this dump has given.

There could be some contradicting statement that causes this dump.

Within the dump you will have a error word, please search SCN, google or Service Market Place with that phrase, you will get the notes / suggestions.

ABAPer should be able to trace it out easily.

Solution:

Looking into the abap error analysis.

1. It show that the customer does not have the authorization to block this vendor.

The vendor is a rent vendor and after trying to block couple of these rent vendors, it's given abap run time error.

I had the customer superior to block these same vendors and they are able to do so.

Issue resolved and closed.
