Hello all,

we are in the process of GRC 10.0 implementation. Support Package level 05.

We are trying to generate some Process but we are still facing the same error.

Transaction: GRFNMW_GEN_VERSION, we get the following error :

Database Table GRFNMWCNAGNT - record not found (key: SAP_GRAC_MIT_CONTROL_MAINT/CONTROL_APPROVER)

Checking Definition of Agent 'CONTROL_APPROVER' (Process Type SSAP_GRAC_MIT_CONTROL_MAINT) ...

Agent ID 'CONTROL_APPROVER' is not for requested purpose 'Approval'; agent purpose = ''

Please can someone put some Light of this ?

Any suggestion will be very appreciated

Kind regard

Omar

Hi Omar

Did you complete your MSMP configuration first? The BC Set delivers basic MSMP configuration but you still need to map the agent in for the Stage.

Also are you on 10.1 SP5 or 10.0 SP5? If 10.0 your SP seems quite low

Hi Omar and Oliver

In relation to "basic documentation"

  • GRC 300 goes through the steps to configure
  • I wrote this document to explain the conceptual overview of MSMP including mapping of agent (this might help you to understand the steps)

Agents are set up as either Approval or Notificaition. You might need to set up an agent twice if you need to use them as approvers and also send messages to them

If you have a read of the document I sent, if stuck, please provide screen shots of what you have done so far and the community might be able to better assist you

Regards
