Problem with creation of sales order with badi from user exit of transaction IW51

Hello. I have problem with transacción IW51, when get save in transaction this call a badi ampliation  IF_EX_NOTIF_EVENT_SAVE~CHANGE_DATA_AT_SAVE here should be created a sales order with bapi  BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2. The sales order is created correctly but service notification its, not.

There is a problem with service notification. Someone might help with this problem

Are you using the BADI to create Sales Order and Notification simultaneously ?

what is the business requirement, you have to create a Notification and with reference to it sales order has to be created ?
