Delivery document in MD04

Hello,

We have a delivery which is shown open in MD04. I can see that as 'Delvry; in field 'MRP element'; however i cannot see any number assigned to it. I understand that it is because of the 'Daily requirement' in MRP2 tab in material master. Now i want to clear the open deliveries as the requirements shown are not correct. Can someone please guide me how to see those open deliveries? I have checked table LIPS & t-code VL06O but of no help.

If the requirements shown are not correct, then report SDRQCR21 will correct (remove) them.

If you want to identify the specific delivery number (s) that are causing the requirements to be displayed in MD04, then you can follow the instructions in note 1649669.

If these are actually open deliveries but are old and you want to remove them without ever goods issuing them, then you can consider using transaction VL_COMPLETE (See note 992587).

How can you remove Delvry so it doesn't showup in MD04 and changing my inventory requirements affecting the systems accuracy for order needs.

Open Deliveries are nothing but deliveries created and saved but not PGId.  This you can very well check in VL06G

Try the below tcode to see open deliveries .

VL06G,VL06F,VL06C,VL06P,VL06L,VL06T

just use VA05 search for open SO for that material.
