whether i can modify the destination bin when using the putaway strategy as "Fixed Bin" during the GR against the purchase order

Hello SAP Gurus,

I need your thoughts on the below scenario.

I used "FIXED BIN" strategy as my putaway strategy. I have updated "DUMMY" as my fixed bin in the WM2 View for a material in the materail master. While doing the goods receipt againt the purchase order/without purchase order, i have kept the TO has automatically created in the background for 101/501 movt types respectively.

Now after posting the GR, before confirming the TO, i want the destination bin to be editable from the first time onwards.I have maintained the destination bin as change in the config for the movt type 101/501. Now while running the above 2 scenarios, i don't see the destination Bin as editable for the first time when your are posting the GR against a material but it is editable for the 2nd time, when your are doing the GR for the same PO and same material.

Is there any SAP OSS note, which talks about this exception or am i doing anything wrong or is there any more settings that i need to do.

My requirement is simple "I need to have an editable destination bin in the TO, after posting the GR against purchase order/without purchase order for movt type 101/501.

Please let me know, if it is possible with the fixed bin strategy from the first time onwards.

Never tried this earlier with Fixed bin strategy  but can i ask you to change the "Dst bin change during conf" value in Storage type as 1 and "Manual storage bin input allowed" in Movement type and try to replicate the same
