My company wants that the dispatcher who creates a service notification should not be able to release the notification if the payment terms of the customer is "Cash Advance pay". The problem is, when the service notification is being created, the payments terms are not displayed and so the Field service person is dispatched. Only when the guy reaches the customer, he finds that the customer was advance pay. We need to block the service notification based of the payment terms of the customer.
Please suggest what can we do?
