Tax code non editable field In MIRO

Dear Expert,

I need your help we want to restrict tax code changes option in MIRO -T-code

how we can control because I was trying to control standard message module function application area "OBMSG" M8 assign to Logistic invoice verification OMRM but it does not work system will allow to changed tax code in MIRO

I need you help and suggestion for the same...

You can try transaction variant SHD0, to make the field as output only (Display) for the certain user.

This assignment already available but user intentionally change Tax code on miro level I want to restrict whatever tax code available in purchase order same has to post in miro system should not avail to changed tax code

Hi,

   You can restrict the same through field selection for MIRO in OLMRLIST transaction and maintain the tax code field as Output Only for the layout variant.

The field selection of MIRO screen is controlled by posting key 31 in OB41.

For maintain field status of posting key 31 (or any) does not contain the tax code field.

So as of my knowledge, you have only two options:

1. You have to do it via screen / transaction variant

2. You have to do it via your own development (by using some badi or exit).

Hi,

   MIRO item level (RSEG) field selection is controlled by the configuration (which in turn is a variant) in OLMRLIST transaction and can be configured differently also for each layout variant. There is no other option in standard as of my knowledge.

   If you need to control the header level, then you need to create a transaction variant for MIRO in SHD0 transaction.
