dear user,

i have below little bit knowladge for workflow. so please provide step by step procedure when any one created PO/PR. the system is automatically send  mail in my outlook or gmail id.

Dear Rahul,

You can find the entire step by step of PO/PR workflow process in SCN . Just try to search it.

Try to understand the standard PO/PR worklfows ( WS20000075 & WS20000077 ) for the same. Based on your requirement you can enhance those.

Hi Rahul,

- Create a workflow with step - 'Email Send' to send email to outlook or gmail id.

- Bind that workflow with event in 'Basic Data' of that workflow.

Business Object BUS2009 and BUS2012 is associated with Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order respectively. You have to bind your workflow with 'Created' event of those business objects.

Activate the linkage between workflow and event, Bind the data properly and acitivate workflow.

Once PR/PO is created, it will trigger 'Created' event and your workflow will execute automatically.
