If you are using OLAP Connection, you can add the new objects from Edit Query panel in WebI.

If you are using unv universe, then you have to refresh universe structure to add the changes in query. Then you can add the new objects in Edit Query panel of webi.

Hi Arijit,

We are BICS connection. Even though I tried with Edit query panel in BI launch pad,

please let me know is there any other option Like BICS refreshing.

Newly added objects in BEx should appear automatically in Edit Query pane of WebI. Make sure the connection is pointed to correct BW server.

what type of objects you created and where ? can you share a screenshot ?

Did you check if the OLAP Connection is pointed to right BW server where you made changes ?

Login to CMC > OLAP Connection > Find the connection used in report > right click on that connection > Organize > Edit > check if it is pointed to right BW server.

May be it is connected to BW production and changes has been done in BW development.

Thank you so much Arijith. its now its working.

And one thing Arijith  while doing adding newly added object into result pane, is there any impact to webi report.

If you include more objects in report query, that means more data is fetched from backend. Use only the objects you need to show in report. Also, you can use Query Stripping feature of WebI.

Check the webi best practice guide available in SCN.
