Contact Center 7.0.7.3 - CDT is not finishing phone initialisation

Hi together,

we have just finished upgrading BCM to 7.0.7.3 and now the clients are hanging in "virtual phone initialised" state.

I found the following error:

[dispatchEventCDT.jsc] [ERR] terminalMessage -> [object Error]:5007 - Die Eigenschaft "0" eines undefinierten oder Nullverweises kann nicht abgerufen werden. 0

I've found a similar thread with a problem regarding a CRM integration. But we have no CRM integration.

Does anybody have an idea?
