Is there a way to check how much volyme has been sent through a specific adapter or interface? I need the data in MB.

When SAP connects to our system it offers a complete set of statistics. I think the transaction is USMM.

Check performance monitoring within the Runtime Workbench.
The Seeburger adapter behaves like any other adapter in any other scenario and can be checked using all standard available tools within SAP PI or SAP PO.
