Trial Hana Instance : critical state

Hi,

I'm creating an HANA instance on the Cloud Platform but after a minute the instance is in Critical state. Therefore i cannot reach it in Hana Studio.

The error i have is on metric HANA DB Alerting Availability :  "JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL Data receive failed [Connection reset]."


Anyone getting the same troubles lately?

Yup, I also experiencing the same error since yesterday... thinking that it will be fixed today but just tried to connect and still the same error. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Hi Kathik,

Sorry for the trouble,  I can see the landscape is working fine.  Can you paste the errors you are getting during connection .
