HCM P & F - Issue in Hire form

Hi All,

we are facing an issue while executing the process and forms using tcode - HRASR_TEST_PROCESS.

By choosing the Hire Application and initiator as HRASRA.

1. We are giving Position Number field and we perform the Initiliaze data button on the application toolbar, then all the relevant fields will be populated as below.

2. But here the major issue is highlighted fields are coming as duplicates. I have checked all the config and backend services but not succeeded.

3. Hence it is throwing an error while Checking the Fields.

4. Above highlighted fields are coming only when we perform the Initiliaze button after giving the position number.

Awaiting for you response!!!

Thank you

To show different wagetype data, we will have Line item repetitions, its correct behavior.

Hi Yugandhar,

Actaully customer had created New Development system which is a copy of Existing development system.

So while we test in Old Development system i havent seen any repettiopns/duplicates while we perform the initialize data after giving Position number.

When we try to execute the same process in New development system, we are facing the issue like above.

Please let me know if any thing i missed out to correct.

Thank you

Hi Siddharth,

Thank you for responding.

We are using 'Z' process and forms.

Here are the system details for both Older and Newer.

Old System DV6 –

SAP_HR                604         0041       SAPKE60441                       Human Resources

EA-HR                   605         0018       SAPK-60518INEAHR        SAP Enterprise Extension HR

New System HRD – For higher than the old system DV6.

SAP_HR                604         0073       SAPKE60473                       Human Resources

EA-HR                   605         0045       SAPK-60545INEAHR        SAP Enterprise Extension HR

Please advice.

Hi Yugandhar,

Thank you!!!

Just now quickly checked with the both the systems by executing the process and forms.

Here are the referecences from both older and newer systems.

  1. 1. Attached screenshot of Transfer form in DV6 system using Tcode – HRASR_TEST_PROCESS.As per below reference there is no repetitive fields in IT 0008.

2. Attached screenshot of Transfer form in HRD system using Tcode – HRASR_TEST_PROCESS.As per below reference we can see the repetitive highlighted fields of IT 0008.

Please let me know your suggestions.

In general employee will be having multiple wage types, u can see it in PA20 for IT0008.

Talk to ur functional consultant, he will explain u about wagetypes concept.

In case if u want to read only wagetype 1000, then u have to read only that record i.e. line item index 1.

some thing like this:

read table service_datasets into ls_service_dataset with key fieldname = 'I0008_LIN_LGART' fieldvalue = '1000'.

and using the field index i.e. ls_service_dataset-fieldindex you have to read the values for other line items like

I0008_LIN_BETRG

I0008_LIN_ADSUM

I0008_LIN_ANZHL

I0008_LIN_EINHT

I0008_LIN_EITXT

I0008_LIN_INDBW

I0008_LIN_LGART

I0008_LIN_OPKEN
