Hi in the deduction window you have assign Ptyp and Ctyp. You have create different line layout where you will mention conversion 40 and that line lay out you will assign to all different wage type in deduction window.

Hi

In the shared screenshot you can able to see copy sign base icon is there in toolbar.

Take standard 01 and copy to like 24 then change the BETRG value of conversion to 40. Then assign 24 X to deduction windows all deduction wage types Ptyp & Ctyp.

Got it?

Yup. It's correct. Have you assigned 40 in BETRG in line 24?

Thank you for your reply. Yes i have assigned 40 but my concern is where I need to place 24 line in line layout and how the system will identify from the display. Like we have 01 02 03 20 21 22 in line layout

Before when I have taken standard 01 and changed 42 and assigned earning side to show + and - signs For earning its coming correct and for deductions I have taken standard 02  for deductions and assigned 40 in windows at deduction side but when i checked payslip unfortunately it is showing PF three times  on the payslip that is wrong on deduction side.

I got a doubt that there is a change in layout due to which there is change in layout in deduction If i copy to 24 will there be change in layout Will there be any signs for earning side and no sign for deduction. Could you please let me know

we are creating a new line layout and i think we need to place somewhere in line layout Is it required Could you please let me know ????

This screen capture shows "Columns" 1 to 22, but look at the right if there is a scroll down bar.

In the Change Window, select your Window, then the required Group, and for each Sub-Group/Table/ID, there is a line defined under header PTyp.  You can use the drop-down menu to choose the line type you require.

Thank you for your screenshot . PTyP where I have to place in Line Layout  I can see 36, 40 etc If I create new Ptyp where i need to place in line layout as that is used for display  payslip.

First, you check the Line Layouts that exist in your Form, and if required, create new ones.

In the screen shot I posted, you can see that in Goup 05 of Window W1, you can see that WT 9220 uses the layout of PTyp BD, CTy. 3 for data comming from table CRTK, the layout of PTyp BD, CTy. 2 for data comming from table RT, and the layout of PTyp AR, CTy. 1 for data comming from table RTS (Retroactive changes).

You can also see that 4 different Line Layouts were created for PTyp AA, and if the first 3 were to be used for a WT, CTy. 1 would be used for table RTS (WT. retroactive amount), CTy. 2 would be used for table RT (WT, Rate, Number and Amount) and CTy. 3 would be used for table CRT (WT, Cumulative Amount).  The WT information always falls in the same place, but all other information falls in different columns in the Remuneration Statement.

Hi Priya,

You want to show it as negative sign in payslips?

In RT it's coming with negative sign? In your payslips all arrear wage type is coming as positive, so please clarify what you want there?

Sankarsan
