Thank you for your reply. Yes i have assigned 40 but my concern is where I need to place 24 line in line layout and how the system will identify from the display. Like we have 01 02 03 20 21 22 in line layout
Before when I have taken standard 01 and changed 42 and assigned earning side to show + and - signs For earning its coming correct and for deductions I have taken standard 02 for deductions and assigned 40 in windows at deduction side but when i checked payslip unfortunately it is showing PF three times on the payslip that is wrong on deduction side.
I got a doubt that there is a change in layout due to which there is change in layout in deduction If i copy to 24 will there be change in layout Will there be any signs for earning side and no sign for deduction. Could you please let me know
we are creating a new line layout and i think we need to place somewhere in line layout Is it required Could you please let me know ????
First, you check the Line Layouts that exist in your Form, and if required, create new ones.
In the screen shot I posted, you can see that in Goup 05 of Window W1, you can see that WT 9220 uses the layout of PTyp BD, CTy. 3 for data comming from table CRTK, the layout of PTyp BD, CTy. 2 for data comming from table RT, and the layout of PTyp AR, CTy. 1 for data comming from table RTS (Retroactive changes).
You can also see that 4 different Line Layouts were created for PTyp AA, and if the first 3 were to be used for a WT, CTy. 1 would be used for table RTS (WT. retroactive amount), CTy. 2 would be used for table RT (WT, Rate, Number and Amount) and CTy. 3 would be used for table CRT (WT, Cumulative Amount). The WT information always falls in the same place, but all other information falls in different columns in the Remuneration Statement.
Hi Priya,
Check Evaluation class 02 for WT. Can you scenario with example.
