Hi experts,
We are using incident management. Details: we have Solman 7.1 SP10 - and we use CRM_UI service desk, so we don't use the workcenter anymore.
We are wondering if it is possible to:
- deactivate the time-out in the CRM_UI because after 5 minutes we lose our session and we have to login over and over again...
- insert some kind of automatic refresh of this startpage so we do not have to refresh it. In the workcenter, this was a standard feature...

HI Kenny,
For the first issue, try increasing rdisp/plugin_auto_logout parameter value from default 300 s to 1800 s or higher value. You may find this note relevant too Note 633539 - Time-out problems in the IC WebClient
For the second one, you need little bit of coding modification as highlighted in the following thread
so try to get hold of CRM or ABAP Developer, they would be able to modify this code in little effort.
