ESS: how to make Personal ID Biz card to be available in Personal Profile Overview screen without personalizing

HI,

My requirement is to make the Personal ID Biz card to be available in the Personal Profile overview screen every time whenever an employee login.

I tried to do it by running the application in admin mode and add Personal ID using personalizing but still it disappears after refresh.

Any suggestions would be greatly helpful.

Thanks for your response. The KBA explains about configuring custom UIBB to over view and detail screen.

My requirement is that, Personal ID Biz Card is not available in the Overview screen by default unless the user personalize it. I should make Personal ID available in overview without having to do a personalization.

Thanks stuart, I checked the appcc configuration and I found that for international Version the Action on UIBB has been set to Hide, I created a configuration for my country version and set the Action on UIBB not hide and it worked.

Hi,

Pls recheck your OVP configurations and also check the settings for the "Personalization" options.

I assume that the other configurations like the Usecase configs are already in place.
