Integration Scenario

In my shop The Customer is not interested with the Integration Scenario in Repository, but in my previous shop I am used to build the Integration Scenario.

Which idea is better? Should be build an Integration Scenario? If So what are all the advantages or Disadvantages?

did you have a look at siva's weblog?:

it contains a few words why you want to use them
