Approver Email Issues

I just have a few issues that are listed below.

When a user requests a Firefighter ID from the Access Request screen, the email sent to the Approver, always goes to the same person, even if they are not assigned as the owner or controller of the FFID.

The link in the Access Request emails is not working, beneath the email text, the variable %LINK_GET_REQ_STATUS% is appearing, but no link to take the approver to the approval screen.

Any ideas on how to resolve these problems?

Thanks,

Buck

    hi Raymond,

The behaviour does not sound right. It could be a bug. What support pack are you on and also would it be possible to share the content of the notification template?

THe variable you have asked about would only show the request status and not the actual request for approval. Check if you have a Approve Request link variable in the MSMP process.

    Hi,

Please check if you have manitained standard agent in ff workflow. If you have maintained controller as approver then please check if you have assigned that controller to ff I'd so system can derive agent.

Please post screenshot of your ff workflow agent setting and also about your notification setting.
