Approver Email Issues

I just have a few issues that are listed below.

When a user requests a Firefighter ID from the Access Request screen, the email sent to the Approver, always goes to the same person, even if they are not assigned as the owner or controller of the FFID.

The link in the Access Request emails is not working, beneath the email text, the variable %LINK_GET_REQ_STATUS% is appearing, but no link to take the approver to the approval screen.


Any ideas on how to resolve these problems?
