Post Installation of BP for CRM 4.0

Hi All CRM Gurus,

I am new to CRM world, I hace installed business package for CRM 4.0 on EP 6.0 SP9.

I am using CRM installed and implemented on WAS 6.20.

My questions are:

1. Do i need ITS Server installed, for Portal-CRM Connectivity.

2. What are the steps in creating System for CRM, i mean which template i should choose.

What are the mapping fields required.

Please respond, as this is kinda urgent.
