How to retrieve Network/TCP error in a SAP UI5 application?

Using AppBuilder to write a App to test server connections,  I am able to retrieve HTTP errors fine, I was wondering how to retrieve network/TCP errors?

I can see in the Chrome Debugger that it can capture  network/TCP errors (Below).

POST http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/ net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

How would I go about this using an SAP UI5 Application?
