Unable to import License file to B1 clients

Hi folks

We are running SAP 9.0 PL: 13 (recently upgraded from PL: 05)

Everything seems to have installed perfectly fine, but when I try to import the license files into the client in order to apply them to users it allows me to select the

B01_multiple.txt files but then nothing happens.

The license has imported just fine in to the License Manager.

The client is on the same local machine as the License Server so it can't be a networking issue.

Anyone have any ideas?

I've tried the usual things of changing hostnames to IP's and vice versa and running everything as Administrator.

Everything seems to work fine other than the importing the file in to the client.
I clock Import License File and select the B01_multiple.txt and then nothing happens.
The fields don't populate and I get no error messages.

Any ideas?
