You may need to apply the latest content to your Solution Manager Setup, see note:
1742119 - Updating Content in Solman Setup
Afterwards please activate the monitoring for your system again:
Solman_Setup ->Technical Monitoring -> Define Scope ->Setup Monitoring ->Apply and Activate

Check the connection to this database(K1P) in the DBACOCKPIT T-code and check if its OK.
