DBA cockpit oracle connection status showing as failure

Hello,

we are seeing DBA cockpit oracle connection status metric as failure in system monitoring through solman..

database is up and running and there are no "Oracle Database not available" alerts in alert inbox as well.

any hints, what can be the issue ?

Hi Krishna,

You may need to apply the latest content to your Solution Manager Setup, see note:

1742119 - Updating Content in Solman Setup

Afterwards please activate the monitoring for your system again:

Solman_Setup ->Technical Monitoring -> Define Scope ->Setup Monitoring ->Apply and Activate

Hi Krishna,

Check the connection to this database(K1P) in the DBACOCKPIT T-code and check if its OK.
